Terms of Service

1. Scope & turnaround

Studio Lite ($849/mo): 1 active task. Studio Pro ($1249/mo): 2 active tasks. Each task ≤3–4h, 2 business days turnover (Mon–Fri). Revisions count as an active task. Larger tasks are split or quoted separately.

2. One-off tasks

From $99, fixed scope, 2–5 business days. No subscription required. Whole-site builds, migrations, and custom development are quoted separately.

3. No overpromising

No unlimited revisions, no weekend SLA. Every task is senior-reviewed before delivery.

4. 7-day money-back guarantee

If a delivery misses the scope we agreed, email hello@shopision.com within 7 days of that delivery and we refund it in full — one refund per one-off task, or the first month of a new subscription. The guarantee covers work we delivered against the agreed brief; it does not cover scope you changed after we started, or third-party app and platform fees.

5. Payments & cancellation

Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no free trial and no minimum term, billed on the same date each month.

To pause or cancel, email hello@shopision.com (or reply to any Shopision email) at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. There is no self-serve cancel button yet — a human confirms your cancellation the same business day. Cancelling stops future renewals; the month you already paid for runs to the end of its term.

6. Confidentiality & access

We ask for Shopify staff access only for the work you requested, and you can revoke it at any time. Work is delivered and discussed in the Shopision client portal.
